how to trasform .tex in .lyx

Hi,
I've made a letterhed model. I made it with emacs and saved as .tex

Now I would convert it in .lyx, i.e. like the koma2 model

What I have to do?

I made an LCO and include it in the Documents -> Settings -> Document
Class Custom field.
