Hello fellow lyxers,

I was wondering what is the lyx-way of writing slashed operators. I
have been using the slashed style
http://ctan.math.utah.edu/ctan/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/carlisle/slashed.sty

but unfortunately lyx (1.5.6) is unable to render it, though the
output is fine. For the the hep physicists out there, how do you write
the feynman slash notation in lyx?
rodrigo.

You have to use TeX-code for this, as LyX doesn't support this style file.

Hi, thanks for the answer. Are there plans to support this style in
future versions? Would it be too annoying to request this feature
from the developers?
rodrigo.

No.

No, just open an enhancement bug report in bugzilla.lyx.org
But we cannot support any LaTeX package and your requested style is very special and hard to
support/implement.

regards Uwe
